I had a great stay at this hotel and there were several positive aspects that stood out to me. the location was excellent, being just a block away from the San Pedro market and close to all the tourist attractions. It was so convenient to walk everywhere and explore the city. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and knew the area well, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Lastly, I was impressed with the basic amenities in the rooms, including the heating and the balconies that offered a lovely view. The breakfast provided was also a great way to start the day.
Everything was just ok, nothing that really stood out.

the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all the major attractions and restaurants. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from each day.
The lack of comfortable furniture in the common area. It would have been enjoyable to relax with a book or a drink in a more comfortable environment, with better options for seating.

Spent christmas at this hotel and it was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful, always offering us coca tea and coffee which helped with the altitude. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and easy access to taxis. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and the heater in our room. We felt so at home!
That our room was quite dark and we could hear noise from other guests in the courtyard. However, we didn't mind too much since we were out most of the time exploring the beautiful city anyway.
